Tonbridge High Street is a long pavement with more than one place selling breakfast. Jel’s Cafe is 74. Another cafe, Dolley’s Dream, is listed at 83–85. If you tell a taxi “the cafe on the High Street” you may get the wrong door. Give the number, or the postcode TN9 1EE, or the phone 01732 360970.
The Big Bridge — High Street over the Medway — is the photograph people recognise. 91 High Street on the far side of that bridge has been Pizza Express in recent years. 74 is not that building either. Walk the numbers.
